If I have unprotected sex and take a plan b but then have unprotected sex again after that(same day) will the plan b still work for that second time too ? Sorry if this is a dumb question

Most likely yes, but please get on birth control if you don't want a child. 
I took a Plan B 8 hours after unprotected sex with my husband last month and I'm 8 weeks pregnant now with our 4th baby. 
It's not always as effective as it states.

Plan B states its for sex that has already happened i wouldnt rely on it for the second session. Get on some birth control girl.. or use a condom.
