I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2013. My endocrinologist has been able to keep my thyroid levels fairly stable, but I my last check up they were the highest they've ever been. I have a hard time noticing my symptoms as they happen, so I was wondering if there was a thyroid symptom tracking app.

I did some looking on the Google Play Store and found some health tracking apps, but nothing specific to the thyroid. Has anyone used an app to track their symptoms?
