What does this look like on my toe? I need remedies please!

It's on both feet and looks worse after I try and fix it by using one of those spa pumice stones. It's not going away and looks worse after I try and fix it!

It looks like scales most days. And is rough and so embarrassing. I started noticing it after I used a pedicure thing. It wasn't a callus remover and not a pumice stone but I cant remember what it was. I used this about 3 months ago.

I've tried vitamin e oil, lotion, and aquaphor.
