Why can’t pregnant women eat cereal?

This is on a sheet given to me by my ob but I’m not so sure why we can’t eat cereal. Anybody know?
Adding: I am not diabetic or anything, this was given to me at my first pregnancy confirmation appointment along with the sheet of safe medications to take. This was no a sheet she gave me for foods I should eat. It’s a sheet they give to everyone.
