If dilated do you have BH, contractions, pain in pelvic area, nothing, etc?

Just wondering for those who are dilated if you have other symptoms as well? I get checked in 4 days to see how much I’m dilated and I don’t really have any other symptoms besides the pelvic area being sore sometimes.

I have all of these symptoms and I’m still completely closed, no dilation at all. So 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have all of the above and at 37 weeks I was 1 cm dilated and thinning.

I have all of the above. Was in OB triage about 1 1/2 weeks ago (I think I was right around 33 weeks at the time) for dehydration and was told I was 1cm dilated and “very thick”.

So I asked for a cervical check at 34 weeks because I delivered my daughter at 35 weeks. I was 3 cm 80% effaced at 34 weeks. I’ve had BH since the 2nd trimester though. It’s picked up more now since 30 weeks on. I have a contraction timer and I’ve had patterns but since it always stops I still call them all BH 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t really go by pain because even with my daughter they weren’t super painful till I was on pitocin.

I’m 34+3 with twins. I just in the last few days have had lots of vaginal pressure. I got checked today and am 3 cm dilated and 70% effaced

I’ve had all of these and I’m almost 37 weeks and already at 5cm. But this is also my second baby and my first I dilated early as well (37 weeks was 3 cm and delivered at 39+3).
