I want kids so bad.

I had a Chemical last month, I don’t know if I have thyroid issues but it runs in my family and that could have caused it. I might be perfectly fine to have kids, but I want one so badly. I’m 19, I live on my own with my fiancé, and we have a big enough house for a child or two, three if we wanted. I want to be a stay at home mom and take care of our kids but I am considering adoption, even if I am healthy, adopt one and if I can pop one out of me and be a loving family! Should I try to adopt? Thank you ❤️
