Period changes pp

I’m 8 months pp and have had a non regular period since 4 months pp. it’s still extremely heavy, unpredictable and I’m experiencing spotting randomly each month and extreme bloat a week before I get it. Has anyone had similar issues? Also with bloating where it looks like you’re pregnant again? (I’m not btw)
