Diflucan/Fluconazole during pregnancy

I’m currently 25weeks and 1day. I was prescribed diflucan for a yeast infection. I have heard mixed things about the drug and I’m just wondering about anyone else’s experience. I know I need to do something for the yeast infection because left untreated it can become dangerous. I called the doctors office and spoke to an MA or RN who did nothing for my fears! She literally just said “do you really think your OB will prescribe you something that’s not good for you? No”.
