Positive vs Peak
When logging symptoms/opk results, there’s an option (on Ovia) for positive, negative, peak, high, or low.
What’s the different between positive and peak?
On that note, when do you all log ovulation or know when to count your official day of ovulation? The day after you get a positive opk?
