Okay so me and my boyfriend have been trying to convince and I haven't had my actual period since March and all I have done is spotted for 3 days then stop but every test I take comes out negative but I feel like I am pregnant

I missed my period 3 months in a row when we started trying even though I wasn’t pregnant and hadn’t missed a period in 14 years. Sometimes our bodies are weird. You should call you doctor though and tell them what’s going on. They should give you a pregnancy blood test and a hormone panel.
