I'm diagnosed with adenomyosis with no known cause and no cure except complete hysterectomy. My head is in a whirlwind and I havent stopped crying. What does this even mean?! She said most patients who are diagnosed with this go on to develop endometriosis.

I don't even know what to do. She's still recommending me to see a fertility doctor but the costs are astronomical. I feel so lost and heartbroken. 😭 I'm only 37 years old
