Ovidrel Shot Advise

Hi! I am on my first cycle of

IUI

and was told by the clinic to trigger tomorrow night.

No one told me how to do this shot. I know it's a prefilled syringe with the needle on it.

Do I put this in my stomach? Pinch and poke??? Any tips or advice would be helpful!!!

My doctors office didn't call me back today. I did call my pharmacist and he said pinch the stomach and do the shot. I'll look for videos and get the shot out of the fridge to warm up a bit. Thank you guys!
