Heat and Exercise
So... I will be 5ish weeks tomorrow and need to hay tomorrow for my horses. It will be hot and I’ll be bucking bales which I’m not worried about the bucking bales more so about the heat... any tips? Or advice? Or should I even worry about the heat?
