Can anyone recommend any books for a momma that prefers to have an active labor (walking, squats, etc), use water as a pain management technique, and is prone to anxiety/panic in the transition between 6-8cm? I'm currently 21 weeks and I am finally feeling confident enough to start doing some reading 💜
My first labor was an absolute wreck as when I started to panic they immediately pushed the epidural on me in a moment of weakness I accepted even though I was so close to 10cm. I couldnt feel to push him out and it was a miracle that my son's birth didn't end in csection. I would like to avoid panicking this time and utilize what I can learn now to avoid having a repeat situation. Thank you in advanced.
