Today I am 4dp5dt , and I am an emotional wreck! I have absolutely no symptoms and it’s driving me insane. We transfer 2 embryos one was completely hatched and one was hatching (picture below) . Night of transfer I had a strong pinch on my left side in my uterus and really embarrassing I woke up from an Orgasmic dream. (So weird) , next day I had mild cramps and again at night pinching in my uterus . The next night I woke up from another orgasm dream. I have very mild af cramps here and there but that’s it but I read all these ladies symptoms at this point and I have none my breast don’t feel any different hunger is the same .

When I was pregnant naturally I didn’t even know I was pregnant till after 1 week missed period and only then is when my symptoms started . (We sadly lost our baby girl at 24 weeks) .

Any advice on the no symptoms I want to test so bad but I am so scared
