Postpartum workout pain
I am 4 months postpartum and I got my all clear since 6 weeks PP. I just resumed my HIIT workouts I used to do before I got pregnant. When I do burpees or any ab workout, I get this intense pain in my reproductive area
Am I overexerting myself? Or is my body just not ready yet for anything intense yet? I will have to keep it light but wondering how you mamas are doing with your workouts? Do you find you can’t push your body like you used to pre-pregnancy?
