Is this an offer I should take

I currently rent an efficiency for 850 I’m also currently pregnant and my bf family gave me an offer today saying that I should move in with them they will build an efficiency in the back of their house so I can rent out for the same price but I’m part of the “ family” mean while my bf doesn’t pay any rent and lives in the house rent free. I don’t feel part of this family more like a tentant what should I do
