When youre washing your hands.. do you

I see patients "wash" their hands all the time and see so many people use the soap first, then wet their hands.. 
it drives me crazy 🤦🏻‍♀️
The bottle even says wet hands first! 
Where did they learn to go ash their hands like this?!

I hate it when droopy hands get water all over my soap dispenser and counter.

What bottle? And why is this an issue...it’s not detracting from cleaning. I get soap first bc I don’t want to get the dispenser wet with possibly germy (and now wet) hands.

Wet hands, get soap, rub vigorously and make sure to get all surfaces, rinse, get paper towel, turn off water with paper towel, open door with paper towel. People are disgusting.
Also, I scrub in for surgery and old habits die hard.
