Am i getting Cheated on?! 🤔

So my husband claims he deletes his browser history because he hates having his history there 🧐 I have always questioned it! Well it’s 5am and I was feeding the baby and he rolls over and gets on his phone. He gets On his safari and is on a page that has a pop up with a heart on it, (I believe) kinda like a dating site that wants you to click on another dating site for business if that makes sense. Btw we met on a dating site called POF 6 years ago. Then he scrolls down a little bit then exits out of the window and deletes what he went on. He has sworn up and down in the past that he would never cheat on me but I don’t put that past him. About a month ago we were talking and he told me I was unattractive to him and how I’m unrecognizable because I gained 40lbs in the 6 years we been together. I also had a baby 10 months ago. But to hear him say that really hurt. Then the next day he said he didn’t remember telling me that. 🤨 how can you remember the first part of the convo but not the last part where I ask a few questions and you tell me those things. So apart of me feels extremely insecure but part of me is like “no girl he wouldn’t cheat on you, he said he loves you and would be a fool to cheat” 🤨

How will I know he is cheating if he keeps deleting shit?!
