Ladies can you help me read my ovulation test?

Hello everyone,

Can you please assist me with reading my results for ovulation. I’m using the premom@home strips for the first time. Also I wanted to ask if any of you ladies had cramping right after your period? They usually happen in the morning but I’m not sure what it is. This is the second day of me having cramping after my period finished on the 23rd.
