Any advice/ideas?

This is our second month of TTC. Im due my period around the 3rd August. I'm regular around every 27/28 days. For the last week I've had the worst pain in my lower back to the point one day I couldn't stand/walk. Its eased off thankfully just a nauseous feeling. Could this of been ovulation pain? I've never had pain that bad before. We have managed to have sex 3 times during "ovulation".

Any ideas?
