Fourth pregnancy but not many symptoms

I have severe anxiety to the point I can hardly sleep. This is my fourth pregnancy and a complete surprise, and whilst at first I was hesitant as I am with a new partner now, I want nothing more than to have this precious one. But I have very little symptoms, some days I have none, and I am 8 weeks pregnant. With my previous three I was so sick that I could barely function for the entire pregnancies. And while I am glad for the relief it makes me so worried that something is wrong. I have my first ultrasound today and I am terrified that they will say there is no heartbeat and I can only think it’s what I deserve after not being sure I wanted it when I first found out...is anyone else 8 weeks with barely any symptoms???
