Any 20w US showing side profile w/ gender?

Hi mamas. I received a photo during our anatomy scan of baby’s side (ankle view!) with something that protrudes outward. I’d love to be able to compare some other photos with the one I have to make out what I’m looking at. Please add confirmed gender if you know - Thank you! Xx

I have a photo but I don’t know what it is 🤣 we are team green, and have been told it legit can be a labia or scrotum

We weren’t able to get the greatest profile view picture at my 20 week scan because my lil dude didn’t want to cooperate....he doesn’t like it when anything touches my belly he runs away & he kept face planting into my placenta which is located towards my back so she kept shaking my belly and this was the best we got

But he sure wasn’t shy to flash us his dangly bits!😂
