Has anyone had pre-eclampsia?

Hey ladies, I'm just wondering if anyone had any experience with pre-eclampsia. 
I'm 35 weeks along and got a protein positive urine test in. I have to do the 24 hour urine test again now and monitor my BP. It is not high for the normal person but my blood pressure is normally very low, 100/65. Recently it is 120/90...usually the bottom number is very high even if the top is low. 
My question really is, what are your experiences if you had it and what should I expect? I'm very worried.

I’m on baby #3 and have had preeclampsia with each pregnancy. 
Baby #1: I had elevated bp throughout but no other symptoms to officially diagnose me until the end. It was constantly 140/90. I was officially diagnosed at 39 weeks when my bp was 160/105 and I was sent straight to the hospital because they were afraid I was going to have a heart attack. I never had protein in my urine or abnormal blood work. It took almost a year for my bp to be at a safe level. I was monitored by a PCP for a while and had to do 24hr blood pressure monitoring. 
Baby #2: I had elevated bp and swelling during the entire pregnancy. I was officially diagnosed at 30 weeks when I had protein in my urine along with constant high bp readings. I started going in once every 2 weeks for NST monitoring after being diagnosed. She had me deliver at 37 weeks. My bp corrected itself quickly in my hospital recovery. 
Baby #3: I was officially diagnosed at 23 weeks. I had high bp regularly of around 140/90, protein in my urine and abnormal blood work. I’m also swelling occasionally. My doctor has never seen preeclampsia hit this early before. I am going in twice a week for NST monitoring, amniotic fluid checks and blood work. I am scheduled to deliver at 37 weeks. I have been told it will be unsafe to continue the pregnancy longer than I have to. 
To officially diagnose someone with preeclampsia you have to be showing at least 2 symptoms consecutively at appointments.

Yep im a Pre-e mama! Throughout my pregnancy my bp rose consistently til 35 weeks when my bp was officially considered ‘too high’... my baby had IUGR so i was already being seen by a high risk dr for that so when my bp continued to rise they were all watching carefully. I suspected i had Pre-e at 35 weeks but my dr did extra tests and it all came back fine and my bp went back down. By my 36 week appointment i was short of breath, had gained 5 pounds of fluid in my legs, and had bn having headaches. My bp at one point tht day was 177/110... my usual pre-pregnancy bp is 98/75... 🥴 so i was sent to th hospital for observation. Got there at 1:30pm, by 2pm they induced me with cytotec and i was started on magnesium. Having magnesium is miserable, not gonna lie. But i was with it enough to remember most of my delivery. Baby was born VERY healthy and tht was all that mattered to me! ❤️ moral of my story, we knew something was looking funny for awhile before i got it, so dr and i sat down and talked about what was the safest birth plan for me in the event that i did get pre-e... i was very thankful we did that so that by the time i was drugged up and unable to make decisions, i KNEW and trusted tht my dr would stick with our plan! That helps A TON with mamas peace of mind!!

Both of my sisters had it by 30-32 weeks pregnant. They both swelled up horribly and were in pain. Both were induced early(35-37 weeks) and had some rough deliveries. That being said they had rough pregnancies to begin with, due to constant nausea and vomiting and dehydration. I was WELLL over due when I developed it. I had kept telling my doctors over and over I needed to be induced and they ignored my concerns till I was pushing 43 weeks. Then they were concerned 🙄 unlike my sisters I had a fairly easy pregnancy and my delivery was extremely fast. Moral is that every pregnancy is different.

I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy. I had high blood pressure, protein in urine, and my feet were swelling horribly. Found out around 33 weeks, put on modified bed rest at 35 weeks, and induced at 37 weeks. I had 2 none stress tests a week and one ultrasound a week from 33 weeks until delivery. Sometimes if they couldn’t get what they needed from a NST then I would also get another ultrasound. My blood pressure luckily went back to normal post delivery and has been good so far this pregnancy! I can’t remember what my blood pressure was to make it high, but I know it was the bottom number that was higher for me. I hope all turns out well for you and your baby!

I am following the answers! 
But as far as I know, the upper number is more important and you have to worry if it is over 140. And the bottom over 100.
I have elevated blood pressure for the last two days,today my hand was swollen but it was outside in the heat, as soon as I was inside, it went away, but nothing else... And as it is below the critical levels, and is not consistent (goes up and down), then I have not yet went to ER or something. (i tried to call my clinic today, but the phone just keep ringing and not answering).
