How do your toddler run?

My LO turned 2 last month and she runs with her arms down and out a little in front of her, kind of stiff, making fists. Or with her arms kind of out to the side. It’s usually just when she’s excited because she’ll also do a little high step with her knees lol, I’m pretty sure she doesn’t run like this if I just tell her to “run” but she doesn’t really run much unless she is excited anyway. My SIL commented and said she has some kind of problem because this isn’t normal. Anyone else’s toddler run like this or is it concerning?
