4 weeks exactly and symptoms disappeared today

Is this normal? Still a few days away from my missed period. My lines seems strong but I’m so paranoid. I’ve had morning sickness for the past 4 days and today I feel totally fine. Took a test this morning and it looks a bit darker but not by much
