Sore throat help!

I know none of y'all are doctors so please no mean comments, just looking for some opinions. My throat has been hurting for 2-3 days now along with my right ear. It hurts everytime I swallow, it doesn't matter if I swallow saliva or food, it still hurts. I've tried taking DayQuil and cetrizine but neither help. Any ideas? This is a picture of my throat I took a few minutes ago.
