My husband first SA in May was 2 million total and then second and third SA in June were 0. Genetic test came back normal, microdelection-negative, LH and FSH normal, low testosterone at 222. His urologist put him on clomid to increase his testosterone. The urologist suggested to schedule a FNA mapping next month (August) and then maybe TESE or mTESE with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>/ICSI. Any success with this? I still trying to understand why he had 2 million total on the first sample and then 0... 🤷🏻‍♀️ He will have his bloodwork tomorrow to see if clomid is working and another SA next week. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
