Nipple twiddling while BF

My EBF baby twiddles my other nipple while nursing at night as I don’t wear a bra to bed. I know this is quite normal but I’ve read that you should break the habit before it’s too late. But is it really all that bad? It doesn’t hurt at all. She rubs my breast and then plays with my nipple. Some people say it hurts and it makes them feel uncomfortable but I don’t really have any issues with it. Doesn’t make me uncomfortable at all. But is it really hard to break the habit down the line?? First time mom here and I didn’t even know this was a thing lol
