I’m 22+2 days pregnant and for the past few days I’ve had an aching right shoulder.

I’ve had this pain before I was pregnant it’s like toothache....it starts in my shoulder, goes down my arm and into my wrist and then also up and into my neck.

I’m not taking any medication for this just trying to rest and sleep it off. I’ve had it on and off for the past 2 days but then some days it’s fine.

Is it just overuse I’m working from home on a laptop daily or is it anything to worry about?
