Not sure where to post this but positive test after miscarriage 3.5 weeks ago.

I’m sorry to post this here because I can see a faint positive but I didn’t really know where else to post because I’m not sure what to think. And from past experience this community has been really helpful.

I had a miscarriage on the 4th July. It was confirmed and my hcg blood test went down etc so it was a complete miscarriage. Yesterday I felt really sick all of a sudden which happened last time I thought I was pregnant really early on. So I took a test this morning but I’m just in shock that I’m pregnant again - is it real? My hcg levels went after the miscarriage and all tests were negative. So is this really happening???? Or is this some weird delayed hcg in urine - but I tested loads after the miscarriage because I was in denial and they were all negative etc. I’ve not even had another period yet and I know it’s possible to happen, but I’m just confused and a little scared after my last experience. Advice? X
