3 days late

I'm 3 days late now as it is 1:30 AM in the morning. Havent even had period cramps or anything. No symptoms of my period coming which isn't normal... I always get symptoms before period. Didnt track my cycle kinda hoping God will take it from there. And help me get a miracle. As my hubby has low sperm mobility and oddly shaped sperm. Negative tests.
