So my daughter received her 1 year old vaccine last Monday and I looked at her leg today and it looks like this. Is it her reacting bad to it?

Her body needs to produce an immune response to the vaccine for it to work. That looks fine. My boy's whole upper arm swelled up and the nurse said it was okay still. If she is playing normally and doesn't seem sick you've nothing to worry about. Even if she does get a little unwell that is expected.
