140–>115 goal help
I need help!! I’ve always been between 105-110 my whole life up until I had a baby I’m petite (5’2”) and I gained 52 lbs during my pregnancy. I still have 25lbs to get to 115 the weight I was when I was 8 weeks pregnant and my goal weight. I’m strugggling because I don’t feel like myself and I’m not sure how to see progress/results. I’m going to start taking daily walks (5 miles) on top of other work outs at home with weights. But the hardest part for me is eating. I never seem to know what to eat/cook. I’m bad with that stuff. Any help or suggestions will be so so appreciated! Thank you
