How accurate are period tracker apps and fertility tracking apps?

I don’t like birth control it has never worked well for me. I’ve tried it all and I’ve always felt awful. So I want to try just the tracking method. I am waste free which means I try not to buy anything that has packing that has to be thrown away so condom are under that category.

If you want to know when you ovulate you need to be taking OPKs and BBT. The apps are just estimates based on normal cycles.

I highly suggest getting the book “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” and reading it thoroughly! It fully explains how to properly track ur cycles. Both u & ur partner will need to follow the guidelines to an absolute T in order for this method to be effective, otherwise pregnancy is a huge possibility.
