Advice please ! 12 1/2 weeks pregnant

So I’m 21 and this is my first pregnancy. My pregnancy is going really well. But today, I went to pee and there was a tiny bit of blood. When I went to wipe there was no blood at all. I never posted a picture of something like this before but I’m going to because I’m very worried.. also I’m discharging a little bit but I have been told that’s normal. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice and what should I do?
