Do you guys still do things that are bad for Pregnancy?

I know that you are not supposed to drink while pregnant and there are certain things you aren’t supposed to eat as well. So when do you stop doing these things? When you find out you are pregnant or when you are trying to get pregnant?

I smoke a pack of cigarettes like every 2-3 days. I drink occasionally as well. I eat whatever I want too. I’ve had three pregnancies already and each time I found out I was pregnant I quit smoking about a week after, I ate better, and don’t drink.

The food I’m not worried about until I’m pregnant. 
Drinking: I drink during follicular phase no question, then taper off or lessen alcohol in luteal and once I’m past a certain point in DPO I just get nervous and don’t drink .
