Would you go to work or call in if your toddler was sick, but you had someone to watch him?

My 2 year old started with a 102 temp at daycare today. My mom picked him up and she said she could watch him tomorrow too if I wanted. He is still running a fever, and it comes back up instantly whenever Tylenol or Motrin starts to wear off...should I just go to work or stay home with him? 🥺 what would you do?!

You should call and speak with a doctor. They may want him to be COVID tested. I would have the least amount of people around him as possible.

I always stay home during the active sickness. Daycare has the “extra day” rule, so if I can have my mom watch baby, I sometimes do for the extra day.
