I’m 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have had 2 csections and 3 miscarriages. My first csection was an emergency csection and traumatized me. My second csection was scheduled and went very smoothly.

I keep having dreams that I don’t make it through this csection and I leave behind my two children. I had similar dreams with my second, but know that it is based off my first emergency csection experience where I almost bled out. I need tips on how to calm my nerves and make these dreams stop.
