Am I overreacting? FTM

Last night around 11 pm I noticed it sounded like my 6 week old had excess saliva in her throat. It almost sounded like she was congested in her nose too. I was able to suction out a booger. After watching her for 30 mins, I laid her back down and she started coughing like the saliva was bothering her again. I’ve been up all night listening for her and monitoring her breathing. I will suction her nose and nothing comes out. However, she still sounds like she’s got snot. I can’t tell if it’s coming from her nose or her throat. She sneezed/ coughed a couple mins ago and this came out. I am a worried mess but don’t know if it’s really something to cause concern. She’s nursing fine and acts fine other than being noisy. No fever as of now either!

What would you mommas do? Should I call the doctor? Let it ride out and see how it goes? I’ve seriously taken her to the doctors for so many things (Bc I’m a worrier and over thinker!!) I don’t want to seem crazy lol
