Need advice! Cramping

My cycles are usually 31-38 days long. I'm currently on CD 33 and been having low/medium intensity cramps since yesterday. I usually get some cramps a couple days before my period but only last a day. This morning I woke up and still feel some cramping but not as dull of a pain as usual.

Just wondering if those that experienced implantation cramping or cramping before a BFP could tell me how long it lasted and how intense was it?

I'm only going to take a test on the weekend if I don't get AF but in the meantime I was just curious
