Pineapple gives bad heartburn..... not even worth it since sleep is minimal at this point. Last thing I need is another reason not to sleep.

Worked with my first! I went into labor with 12 hours after eating it. Also had lots of sex that day too.

I wish I was able to try this “trick” I’m allergic to pineapples. Not worth risking an allergic reaction to go into labour 😅

I ate pineapple but it wasn’t to help labor it was just there and it was yummy. I regretted it because afterwards my tongue felt raw 😝

I love pineapple and have been eating it. Still no labor but my stomach is satisfied 😁 I am almost fully effaced tho. I was at 75 last week. And went from 2cm last week to basically 4 this week. And have had very little to no contractions so maybe it is helping 🤷🏽‍♀️ I bounce on a yoga ball everyday and walk 4 days a week too tho
