Has anyone gotten pregnant 3 days before an LH surge.

I had a positive OPK this morning but sadly we will not have a change to try within the recommended window due to work schedules. The last time we tried was Sunday. I know it’s possible but on the lower end of happening. Has anyone else gotten pregnant before a positive OPK? Thanks!
