What’s the best bassinet and why would you recommend it?

Hi moms,
I’m having a c section in September and I’m trying to find a good bassinet that will serve different purposes and is safe to have around a toddler as well. Any tips or advice?

I used the halo and it was perfect for the first 4 months then we switched

This sidecar one has been great for me. I imagine it would be even better for you because of the c-section. It makes the night time feedings sooo easy and it’s less expensive than the halo. I would do a pack n play. With the bassinet raised part.. like this not with changing pad and sleeper thing...
