Pee immediately after you have sex, and I will always hop in the tub and rinse/wash off with the faucet running at the very least, if I don’t wanna take a shower. The strip looks like a mild UTI. you can get medicine for it but typically when I get one I’m able to just eat healthy, stay super hydrated and drink a lot of juice and it clears up fast.

Was common for me every time I had sex. I was getting them. And I just made sure I was doing probiotics lots of water and kept UTI meds on hand. Sometimes especially if it was rough sorry if that’s vulgar it was worse.
