TTC at 18

Ive been late around 8-12days on each period for the last 5 months , ive tried to plan my ovulation around it. Still no luck with pregnancy. Never had birth control never use condoms and i have sex at least every 3 day .. i need and want to get prego so bad , anything i can do ? Is there like a home remedy ughhh
