Do you find the initial Victoria Secret bra measurement the correct?

According to their measuring guide I would be a 32B. That is wayyyy off as those cups are much too small for me. I usually have to wear a 32D for my boobs to not be spilling over the cups.
Anyone else find the measurements to be wrong?

I’m a 34B and this girl told me I’m a 34DD. And I was shocked. I was like really?!? And she was like Yess!!! Trust me! My dumbass bought a bra and it doesn’t even fit correctly. It looks like I’m wearing my grandmas bra.

I think my tiddlywinks are a bit smaller and more cone shaped than most women with my rib cage measurement. 
VS bras Always feels too tight around the ribs and like the cup is too rounded ..

The first time I was measured years ago it was correct. I was measured again since breastfeeding and it was completely off

In my opinion  no one really does they go by the ones that could fit so you can buy the bra at there store and no other store etc
