Breast cyst

Hi everyone! Are there any ladies here over 40 who are getting mammograms? I got a mammogram and it said I had dense breast tissue, so I had to get an ultrasound too. They found a 1 cm cyst on the ultrasound, but they’ve determined it to be benign just by looking at the ultrasound. My doctor said according to the radiologist report, there’s nothing that would make her think it is malignant. So I don’t have to do any follow up for it. Anyone ever experience this? Or any professionals who can offer some more information? I’m sure it’s fine, but I am a little worried that it could be something else and they are just missing it. I’m trying to relax!
