Did you gain weight or lose weight while taking Levothyroxine?

I was prescribed Levothyroxine for thyroid disease. I do NOT want to gain weight. Has anyone tried this medicine and it be successful at aiding in weight loss?

I gained 10 pounds and dealt with most of the side effects. Anxiety, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, crying, changes in mood.

I didn’t gain weight or have any side effects, but I’m on a low dose.

I gained a bit and had terrible acne for awhile while my body was adjusting to it
