Cramping after cervix check ?

So today my cervix was checked and it hurt so bad I’ve never had a Cervical check hurt so bad with either of my pregnancies and now I’m really crampy. Anybody else have this ? I’m 3cm btw and 38+2

I always feel crampy after cervical checks. I've had a lot this pregnancy. Sometimes I bleed and sometimes I have contractions because of it. But all symptoms ease off after a day.

I had this at my first cervix check. I was cramping all day and I was uncomfortable. I couldn’t really walk. It went away by the next day.
